We guarantee that all batteries perform at or above 85% maximum capacity for the first 180 days from dispatch. Batteries failing this threshold will be replaced free of charge.
In the unlikely event of hardware failure, our London service centre provides a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 24 return shipping label. Devices are repaired or replaced within 48 business hours.
Accidental drop damage, intentional tampering, unauthorized third-party repairs, and liquid ingress after delivery are excluded from standard warranty coverage.
